It is rewarding for me to interact and care for our residents in a place where they can pass comfortably, with an experienced staff making sure they are being taken care of in the way they need and should be. Our low staff to resident ratio allows us time to be more involved with our residents, to give individual attention, and enrich the end years of their lives. Most importantly, we’re licensed for three levels of care - so when it’s time for hospice, our residents can stay right here without ever having to move.

I appreciate the “quality of life” we provide at The Villas. It enriches not only the lives of our residents, but my own as well. It inspires me to know I can make a difference in someone’s day. Our whole staff works as a team, interacting and pooling resources to tailor an environment that meets each resident’s needs. Most of us draw from personal experiences of having had elderly family members in the same situation. Unlike larger facilities, we get to know all our residents, their likes and dislikes, and their families.
